These terms cover your use of 850securityservices.com, run by 850 Security Services ("850 Security", "we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
This website is not your service agreement
This site tells you about our services and offers, and lets you ask us to contact you. Sending a form does not sign you up for anything, and it does not book an appointment. Your visit is confirmed after we speak with you.
If you become a customer, your written service agreement covers your monitoring and service. It includes your price, billing, cancellation terms and what's covered. If anything on this website differs from your written agreement, the written agreement wins.
Our offers
$46.99/month monitoring:
- For compatible existing alarm systems in our service area.
- No long-term contract. You'll get written billing and cancellation terms before you enroll.
- Equipment, installation, setup, upgrades, parts, batteries and repairs are quoted separately, before you approve them.
- An Annual Alarm System Inspection is included while your account is active. Repairs and parts found during it are quoted separately.
Free Alarm System Inspection ($149 value):
- The $149 value is based on our regular service call. There's no charge for the inspection and no obligation to buy anything or switch providers.
- For homeowners and authorized property managers in our service area.
- We test what we can reach. Some testing needs equipment access and your current provider's authorization. We'll tell you anything we couldn't test.
- Any work we recommend is quoted separately, before you approve it.
Your current provider: if you're under contract with another company, you're responsible for checking that agreement, cancelling it, and any charges you owe them. We don't promise to pay off or buy out another company's contract.
Service area: Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, 30A and nearby communities within about 40 miles of ZIP code 32459. We confirm coverage using your address.
Offers, prices and service areas can change, and we may end an offer at any time.
Text messages
If you tick the text box on our form, you agree that 850 Security may text you about your request and your service, including automated texts.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 850-842-8500.
- Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything from us.
- Mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Give us true information on our forms, and only your own details or details you're allowed to share.
- Don't send payment details, Social Security numbers or alarm codes through our forms.
- Don't try to break, overload, copy or misuse the site or its forms.

The text, photos, logo and design on this site belong to 850 Security Services or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Accuracy and links
We work to keep this site correct and up to date, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in a price or offer, we'll correct it. Links to other websites are for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Limits on our responsibility
This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, 850 Security is not responsible for losses that come from using this website, the site being unavailable, or relying on information on it. This section is about the website only. Your monitoring and service are covered by your written service agreement.
